Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist or Production Assistant to join our team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up machinery and equipment;
• Ensuring the correct installation of tools and quality control procedures;
• Maintaining adherence to standard operating procedures and instructions;
• Providing guidance and training to colleagues on the production line;

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

• Good communication skills in English;
• A minimum age of 18 years due to shift work requirements;
• A driver's license and reliable transportation (if not residing in Genemuiden, Hasselt);
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including night shifts and Saturdays;

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary package, including:

• A gross salary of €17.19-€18.64 per hour, inclusive of shift allowance;
• 25 paid holidays and an 8.33% holiday allowance;
