  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het configureren en begeleiden van nieuwe ketenpartners.
  • Je behandelt tweedelijns verzoeken van bestaande ketenpartners en klantvragen vanuit de customer service.
  • Je voert periodieke controles uit op mobiliteitstransacties om ervoor te zorgen dat de verwerking op tijd, volledig en juist gebeurt.
