About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch Market Development Manager to join our team at Envoria GmbH. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive growth and expansion in the Netherlands, while contributing to our mission of enabling companies to comply with European ESG regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies for partner acquisition in the Netherlands, identifying potential new partners and convincing them of the benefits of a partnership with Envoria
  • Pioneer the development of the Dutch market, establishing a network of partners who sell and implement our software
  • Maintain long-term relationships with our partners to ensure lasting and sustainable collaborations
  • Represent Envoria at industry events, conferences, and trade fairs, both virtually and onsite
  • Ensure smooth project controlling as an interface between partners, Envoria, and end customers to guarantee agreed-upon goals are achieved
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A real hands-on mentality, with a desire to actively advance topics and not just focus on day-to-day business
  • Familiarity with the Dutch sustainability market, as well as Dutch business practices and cultural characteristics
  • A positive attitude, charisma, and strong argumentation skills
  • Professional experience in at least one of the following areas: B2B sales, key account management, consulting, audit, software project management, (sustainability) software solutions, or ESG (EU regulations)
  • Dutch language proficiency at native level and either English or German at C1 level
