Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ecologist or planting specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of climate challenges and a passion for creating sustainable landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our design and research teams to develop integrated landscape projects
  • Provide expertise on planting schemes, management and maintenance plans, and climate-adaptive strategies
  • Develop strong concepts and integrate Nature-based Solutions into our projects
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in landscape architecture or ecology
  • Expertise in planting and climate-adaptive strategies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Vectorworks or similar software
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
