Salary and Benefits

A competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, reflecting your value as an integral part of our team. Additionally, you can look forward to enjoying a range of benefits, including employee rates at IHG, Borealis, and Aimbridge hotels, and opportunities for career growth and development.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. As an HRBP, you will play a key role in shaping our hotel group's HR strategy and supporting our managers across the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, and France. Your expertise will be instrumental in building strong relationships, driving business results, and fostering a positive work environment.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a trusted advisor to our management team, providing guidance on HR-related matters, and supporting them in their roles.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives and drive growth.
  • Collaborating with our Competence Center to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Mentoring and coaching colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to excel in their roles.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this exciting role, you will need:

  • A degree in economics, law, psychology, or a related field, ideally with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in an international corporation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in IT applications, particularly Personio, and experience in managing projects and creating new structures and processes.
