EUV Lithography Machine Documentation Specialist

The Technical Author for Production Engineering will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for the EUV factory. This includes converting input from engineers and development documentation into effective technical documentation for ASML products, creating and modifying procedures for factory operations, and creating and modifying illustrations and converting them to the required publishing format.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert input from engineers and/or development documentation into effective technical documentation for ASML products according to specifications and standards.
- Create and modify procedures for factory operations.
- Create and make changes to illustrations and convert illustrations to the required publishing format.
- Use documentation tools and apply the ASML style to the created or modified documents.
- Specify requirements concerning illustrations, technical input, or user feedback.
- Signal problems with technical documentation and propose scenarios for solutions or escalate.
- Act as a first point of contact on issues with documentation relating to various projects and for handling incoming comments.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree (trained as a technical author is preferred).
- Proven work experience as a Technical Author is preferred.
- Experience in the use of CMS and XML authoring is preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
