About This Opportunity

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Executive Leader to head our Data Center Solutions Enablement team in EMEA. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading our sales teams in initial customer engagements and managing a team of Solution Enablers and Field Application Engineers handling multiple high-profile enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and cross-functional engineering teams to engage with clients on pre-sales meetings and conferences.
  • Represent Supermicro and lead the promotion inquiries of Data Center Solutions to win Cloud Service Providers (CSP), Network Cloud Providers (NCP), and cloud businesses.
  • Closely work with customers to define and enhance product specifications, ensuring alignment with internal engineering teams.
  • Develop platform portfolio strategies and roadmaps by researching technology, customer, and competitor trends.
  • Establish and communicate business strategies, leading cross-functional teams to ensure their day-to-day work aligns with these strategies.
  • Closely collaborate with customers to deliver post-sales services and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit and build high-performing teams, mentor, and coach team members to adapt to fast-paced changes.
  • Lead process improvements within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • At least 18 years of experience in OEM/ODM environments, with at least 8 years of leadership experience.
  • Expert knowledge in cloud use cases, architectures, algorithms, frameworks, head nodes, and data center components.
  • Experience engaging with Tier 1 customers with large-scale CSP deployments is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytics and problem-solving skills, ability to lead teams in resolving complex issues with high levels of ambiguity.
  • Solid interpersonal skills in verbal, written, and presentation communication, along with outstanding organizational skills to lead cross-functional teams to success.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The company offers competitive benefits packages and opportunities for professional growth.
