Customer Service Representative

The RoleYou'll be the primary contact for our customers, responsible for managing the entire Order to Cash process for a dedicated customer and product portfolio. Your expertise will ensure seamless communication, timely issue resolution, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
Responsibilities- Manage customer requests and coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver results consistent with the business strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal partners, and external vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide informed solutions.
- Participate in internal projects and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Internal Sales in an international environment.
- Experience with Order to Cash SAP/ERP system and/or Sales Force required.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and commercial acumen.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Additional EU language is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
