Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to support the work of our Benelux Marketing Manager on projects aimed at maximizing company profits and developing marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating and scheduling posts on social media platforms, monitoring engagement, and analyzing metrics.
  • Create visual assets such as banners, graphics, infographics, and banners for use in marketing off + online materials.
  • Support the creation and distribution of email campaigns and our monthly prospect and partner newsletter.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, priority sectors, competitor analysis, and customer demographics to enhance the direction of our marketing strategy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree (HBO/WO) in marketing or a related field;
  • Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) proficiency;
  • A strong ability to use new systems with a quick learning curve;
  • A desire to proactively organize multiple complex tasks;
  • Structured thinking, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills;
  • Creative contributor who can work as part of a team and independently;
  • Affinity or past experience with marketing and/or digital marketing is a plus;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.

Our estimated salary for this position is approximately €1,500 - €2,000 per month, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
