Job Title: Azure Cloud Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to join our team at Next-Link. As a key member of our cloud infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-native applications on the Azure platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud-native applications using Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Cosmos DB, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git and Yaml, ensuring seamless deployment and integration of cloud applications.
  • Manage Azure infrastructure through Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or Azure Bicep, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in running cloud applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
  • Ensure adherence to cloud governance policies and best practices for security and performance, monitoring and mitigating risks, and eliminating technical debt.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in ICT or a relevant field.
  • At least 2 Azure certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or Azure DevOps Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure development and cloud architecture, including Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language such as Bash or PowerShell.
  • Experience with CI/CD configuration, Azure DevOps practices, and maintaining Yaml pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Azure policies, and commonly used resources like Azure Web Apps and Azure Function Apps.
  • Familiarity with cloud design patterns and troubleshooting cloud-based applications.
