The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our technical documentation department, you will be responsible for coordinating the planning and monitoring of all projects. You will plan activities based on information and stakeholder management with Project Management / internal and external clients. Based on your analysis and reports, the technical documentalists, manager of the team, and project management can adjust their course in a timely manner.




  • Create detailed project plans and schedules (work breakdown structures) in association with project management and technical documentalists.
  • Maintain and analyze operational planning to identify bottlenecks and develop improvements/solutions.
  • Provide progress status overviews and prepare hour forecast information.
  • Analyze and plan workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow, and design layout of equipment/work space for maximum efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with different stakeholders and provide timely and accurate responses to internal customers.

  • Administrative background with attention to detail;
  • A good understanding of English language, both written and spoken;
  • Ability to work independently and proactively seek necessary information.


What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package tailored to your experience and education level.
