Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Strategist to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our Transformation Office, you will play a crucial role in driving business improvement initiatives across the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

• You will work closely with our Business Line Directors and Program owners to develop and implement transformation strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency;
• Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards, and presentations to track progress and communicate key findings to stakeholders;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that enhance our services;
• Support the deployment of change management strategies to ensure successful execution of transformation plans;
• Conduct data analysis using tools like Excel, Power BI, and other analytical software to generate insights and inform decision-making.

Your Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in business analysis, consultancy, or related roles, preferably in MBB consulting firms;
• Strong data analysis skills, with experience using Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools;
• Effective communication skills and ability to present complex data insights to various stakeholders;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity with transformation management or project management software tools an advantage;
• A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and providing solutions.

• A competitive salary of €65,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience;
