About the Role

This role involves initiating contact with potential customers and collaborating with Sales Executives to schedule appointments for them to present document destruction services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting a positive and professional sales attitude, ensuring Stericycle's high standards for customer service, security, and environmental consciousness are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a positive and professional sales attitude and ensure Stericycle's high standards for customer service, security, and environmental consciousness are maintained.
  • Making a high volume of outbound calls on behalf of the business daily.
  • Create/follow-up prospect lists based on marketing leads and vertical or specific market segments determined by Manager.
  • Meet/exceed productivity and activity targets set out in annual Performance Agreement.

Requirements:

  • Experience with making appointments and telemarketing.
  • To fully understand the most important benefits of the service and be able to transfer them professionally.
  • Professional experience in a sales-oriented environment with targets.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Windows environment.

Estimated Salary: €38,700 per annum depending on experience.
