Total Rewards Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Total Rewards Specialist to join our team in Rotterdam, Toronto, São Paulo, or Mountbatten. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional with a passion for compensation and benefits to make a meaningful impact.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth analyses of compensation and benefits data to inform the design and implementation of total rewards programs. They will prepare detailed reports and presentations on compensation, benefits, and total rewards trends, as well as monitor industry trends and benchmark our practices against market data.
In addition, they will support the annual compensation review process, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and incentive plans. The ideal candidate will also assist in the development and execution of the global total rewards strategy to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
As part of this role, the individual will participate in global total rewards projects and initiatives, providing analytical support and insights. They will collaborate closely with HR business partners, regional HR teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency of total rewards programs.
Requirements- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Proficiency in English language (both written and verbal);
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits analysis, preferably in a global context, with more than 5 years in the field;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools; experience with HRIS and compensation software is a plus;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely;
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary range between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Our head offices are located in Rotterdam, Toronto, São Paulo, and Mountbatten, giving you the flexibility to work from any of these locations.
