Relationship Manager, Institutional Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Institutional Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for retaining existing clients and building new relationships with institutional clients in the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to improve their experience and increase retention.
- Build new relationships with institutional clients, leveraging your expertise to provide tailored solutions and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of client services and meet business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and investment strategies to provide informed advice and guidance to clients.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a proactive and responsive manner.
- Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in the institutional investment industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
- Fluent Dutch and excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and client satisfaction.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
