We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lab Manager, Quality Control to join our team at Organon. As a key member of our Quality Control Analytical Chemistry department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our analytical equipment and processes.
About the Role
As a Lab Manager, Quality Control, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10-15 people and providing technical support to our laboratory staff. You will also be responsible for managing the maintenance and calibration of our analytical equipment, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 10-15 people and provide technical support to laboratory staff.
- Manage the maintenance and calibration of analytical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
