Job Summary:

Motion Controls international (MCi), a Flex company, is a global market leader in mirror glass and power-folding actuators. To support our growth, we're looking to add an EHS Facility Manager located in Woerden and Hoogeveen, Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE policies and guidelines.
  • Consult with departments on equipment design, fire prevention, and safety programs.
  • Inspect factory conditions to identify and correct potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage facility maintenance and cleaning, including small construction projects.
  • Improve efficiency by analyzing and standardizing facility procedures.
  • Coordinate maintenance and cleaning personnel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HSE or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE laws and regulations.
  • Experience in initiating and implementing HSE policies and guidelines.
  • Technical production experience, preferably in the metal industry.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Familiarity with energy management and sustainability.
