At Zoho Corporation B.V., we are seeking a skilled Linux & Network Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our European Data Center, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining NOC solutions, as well as providing operational support to our infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of NOC experience, with a strong understanding of internet routing protocols, TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF. They will also have hands-on experience with network operating systems, such as Forti OS, HPE/Aruba, Arista EOS, and Junos.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent network analytics and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work closely with our Data Center Manager to schedule projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain NOC solutions
  • Provide operational support to our European Data Center
  • Work closely with the Data Center Manager to schedule projects
  • Monitor servers and Zoho applications, and prepare RCA for any incidents
  • Manage various infrastructure components, such as DNS, DHCP, NTP, Proxy, OS Image Servers, and Load Balancers

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of NOC experience
  • Strong understanding of internet routing protocols, TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF
  • Hands-on experience with network operating systems, such as Forti OS, HPE/Aruba, Arista EOS, and Junos
  • Excellent network analytics and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work closely with the Data Center Manager to schedule projects
