Your RoleYou will work as a Senior Product Owner on Bynder's Studio module, which is the ultimate solution for creating on-brand content such as images, GIFs, and videos. Your focus will be on executing the product vision and strategy, working closely with the Senior Product Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure the product roadmap aligns with company goals and customer needs.
Responsibilities- Roadmap Management: Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager and Design team to transform product concepts and business requirements into actionable deliverables for the development team.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize near-term initiatives, break down epics into actionable stories, plan refinements, and oversee the timely delivery of releases.
- Sprint Ceremonies: Participate in all sprint lifecycle phases, including planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Ensure the team's work aligns with prioritized backlog items.
- Quality Assurance: Work closely with the Engineering team to prioritize and resolve outstanding issues, ensuring high product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: Facilitate teams in effectively executing against OKRs and requirements, enabling seamless customer adoption of new functionality.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with Engineering, Product, Support, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive product success.
- Customer-Centricity: Partner with the Senior Product Manager to engage with customers and UX teams, identifying and validating problems and opportunities through research and technical discovery.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative and efficient solutions to technical challenges. Plan and prioritize the product feature backlog and development.
- A proven track record (3+ years) as a Product Owner/Manager in prioritizing and delivering initiatives that have significantly improved customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Successfully led multiple cloud-based product initiatives from inception to delivery, ideally within Content Creation technologies.
- Expertise in breaking down epics into small increments to maximize value and operational efficiency.
- Strong affinity for technology, with the ability to address complex technical challenges alongside engineers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to deliver exceptional products.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
