The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at Genmab in the Netherlands. As a key member of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process, establishing agreements with agencies, and implementing global projects and processes.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, including intakes with Hiring Managers, job postings, sourcing, phone screenings, interviewing, assessment feedback sessions, offer negotiations, and Workday transactions.
- Establish agreements with agencies, build talent pools, identify, and join job fairs and career conferences, and collaborate with universities.
- Implement global projects and processes, ensuring they meet local compliance and enhance our recruitment strength and candidate experience.
- Initiate and roll out various initiatives to improve recruitment processes and contribute to our employer branding strategy.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced international environment and excels at managing relationships. Key requirements include:
- A Master's or bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
- Approximately 6-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, with a strong preference for experience in the life science industry.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with Dutch proficiency preferred or at least knowledge of the Dutch labor market and its regulations.
- Experience in an international company, with an understanding of multicultural issues and a matrix management structure.
- ATS experience, preferably with Workday.
- A confident, great communicator, mature, result-driven, resourceful, and a true team player with integrity as a core value.
