Salary & Benefits
The annual salary for this role is estimated at €80,000 - €120,000 depending on experience, with additional benefits including up to 30 days of paid leave, flexible work-from-home options, a one-time payment for home office setup, and the opportunity to work abroad for up to 10 days per year.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients, fostering long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote our value propositions by understanding our customers' needs and goals.
- Create visibility into client roadmaps and develop strategic plans for success.
- Engage with customers through regular business reviews, product training, and proactive support.
- Monitor and analyze product usage data to optimize adoption and reduce churn.
- Review customer complaints and concerns, and implement solutions to improve their experience.
- Collaborate with technical experts to develop creative solutions that meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or similar position.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Technical skills related to the use of our product or service.
- Accountability and personal organization are essential.
- Experience managing diverse teams and training staff according to company standards.
- English and Dutch language fluency required.
