International Sales Director for Digital Technologies

Xebia-Academy seeks an experienced sales leader to drive growth in the International markets for its Enterprise Learning Services group.
As Associate Director/Senior Manager Sales, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, as well as adding new logos across North America and Europe. This entrepreneurial role requires driving regional teams, clients, training facilities, and support functions to manage local businesses.
Main Responsibilities:
- Promote academy enterprise learning services solutions to enterprises across the region.
- Be a part of the strategy formation and execution for the NA region—GTM and execution plan, and target setting.
- Be responsible for B2B/B2C sales of our IT Training and Certification portfolio and Learning products in the Digital Technologies.
- Owns revenue targets and P&L for the region and drives profitability from the business generated through new and existing customers.
- Be responsible for managing the team and execute on the targets efficiently.
- Be involved and deliver the sales-cycle for the key prospects and manage the delivery with the Offshore delivery team in India.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with key prospects in the government, enterprise, institutions, and other industry sectors and position Xebia-Academy as the preferred learning partner.
- Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning and forecasting approaches.
- Set up team (Sales ad Delivery) and provide leadership to the sales organization, and partner with technology services sales leadership to identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Market research and Identify growth opportunities by introducing innovative trainings programs to cater the local needs and trends for upskilling/reskilling in the Digital technologies.
- Maintain networking and working relations with Education/Training owners and functional SMEs to ensure timely engagement, transparency, and aligned decision making.
About You:
- A strong understanding of EdTech, Education, IT Training and Certification in USA, Canada, UK, European markets is required.
- A minimum 10-12 years' sales experience with last few years preferably in Education, IT trainings and certification, assessments or other professionals skill development industry is expected.
- Excellent marketing portfolio/channel, relationship, and communication management skills are necessary.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated individual with a clear vision to lead and add to organization growth is essential.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
- Strong Negotiation & Influencing Skills are necessary.
- Prior experience in selling to C-level suite, L&D, HR, Technical heads & Functional owners is preferred.
- Commercial and customer focus is essential.
- Understanding of statistical and financial information and high level of numeracy is necessary.
- Results-driven and excellent time management skills; meets deadlines are required.
We offer a competitive salary range between $120,000 - $180,000 per annum depending on experience and location.
