Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Technical Lead Engineer to join our Foxtrot System Engineering Team at Thales Huizen. As a Technical Lead, you will orchestrate engineering activities to design technical solutions, developing deep understanding of the Thales Group's product portfolio and building relationships with technical experts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control engineering bid and demo budget, and orchestrate estimations.
  • Build relationships with partners who deliver other parts of the system.
  • Ensure engineering processes are used and engineering work products are captured.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
  • Generalist with a keen interest in technology in the broadest sense.
  • Proven experience in systems engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Diligent, creative, and proactive attitude.
  • Fluency in English, with Dutch as a strong plus.
