Senior Electronic System Engineer Medical Devices

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronic System Engineer Medical Devices to join our dynamic team in Eindhoven. As a key member of our Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in the development of cutting-edge wearable sensors and implantable devices for international customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead electronic system design and development for Medical Device prototypes based on imec ASICs and off-the-shelf components.
- Deliver high-quality system designs in a timely fashion, in accordance with international medical device regulations.
- Hardware testing, characterization, and troubleshooting, including board bring-up and design of test tooling.
- Interact with customers to define system requirements and suppliers for manufacturing activities.
- Documenting design, development, and testing activities following best engineering practices.
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary project teams to implement, verify, and validate electronic systems.
- MSc degree in electrical engineering or a similar field.
- 5+ years' experience in electronic system design, preferably in the field of implantables and wireless communication.
- Relevant experience with schematic capture, PCB layout, and simulation tools.
- Profound knowledge of analog and digital design, signal acquisition chains, and design principles.
- Experience with hardware development in accordance with medical device regulations.
