About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Kimpton de Witt in Amsterdam. As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional bar experiences for our guests, working closely with our friendly and international team to deliver genuine heartfelt care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mix and serve beverages in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Engage with guests, providing recommendations to enhance their experience and build a loyal customer base.
  • Ensure the bar is clean, organized, and well-stocked, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen teams to provide exceptional service, ensuring a cohesive and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Handle transactions and manage tabs with accuracy, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience as a bartender, ideally in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus, but not required.
