Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for product management and fraud prevention? ING is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team in the Fraud department, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our services and protecting our customers' financial health.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for steering IT development, defining customer requirements, aligning stakeholders, testing, and implementing new features that prevent fraud and enhance the digital customer experience. You will work closely with colleagues across the bank to balance security and customer convenience.

As a member of our team, you will contribute to our mission by developing and implementing effective solutions to combat fraud.
Responsibilities- Act as the business representative, overseeing IT development and ensuring customer requirements are met.
- Develop and implement new features based on scientific research or competitive analysis, working closely with IT and business colleagues.
- Analyze data and customer feedback to propose and implement improvements in our services.
- Collaborate with multiple product managers, engineers, and the product lead to create a digitization roadmap aligned with ING's growth ambitions.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, driving creative solutions while considering risks and mitigating measures.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in a complex Agile environment.
- Experience in refining and implementing new features and functionality.
- Strong affinity with IT and understanding of complex IT landscapes.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to take ownership of team processes, from vision to maintenance.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to seeking and providing feedback.
- Excellent command of English (both verbal and written).
- Relevant education at least at HBO/bachelor level.

Salary EstimateThe estimated annual salary for this role is between €60,000 and €100,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
