The Payroll Representative Germany role is a key position within our team at Nouvall Engineering Services. This role is responsible for ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time, in compliance with country-specific tax legislation, agreed labor conditions, and company rules and regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing and coordinating administrative and control activities on behalf of the Dow Payroll department.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of payroll experience. Fluency in German and English is mandatory, and experience with Workday, ServiceNow, MS Office & SAP is highly desirable. Proficiency in additional European languages is an asset. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage competing priorities. They will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on accountability and ownership of data and processes.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a high-volume operational environment. The candidate should have experience with internal controls and audit participation, as well as the ability to work across functions and cultures.
