NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace, een hotel met rijke geschiedenis en exclusieve service. Wij zijn op zoek naar een Gemotiveerd Guest Relations Medewerker om zich aan te sluiten bij ons team van gepassioneerde professionals.

Salaris

Het salaris voor deze rol is gebaseerd op de Horeca CAO schaal 4 en varieert van €36 per uur in al onze hotels wereldwijd.

Als Guest Relations Medewerker zorg je ervoor dat onze gasten een onvergetelijke ervaring hebben vanaf het moment dat ze contact met ons opnemen tot het einde van hun verblijf. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van het contact met onze gasten, inclusief het antwoorden op vragen, het ontwerpen van persoonlijke diensten en het verzorgen van speciale wensen. Je analyseert knelpunten in de service en draagt actief bij aan de verbetering van het serviceniveau. Verder ben je aanspreekpunt in geval van klachten en zorg je ervoor dat de Quality Standards van de NH Hotel Group in het gehele hotel worden nageleefd.

Vereisten
  • Een jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol;
  • Een perfecte kennis van het Nederlands en Engels (zowel gesproken als geschreven);
  • Een natuurlijk enthousiasme en charisma;
