We're seeking an experienced professional to drive international business growth and build strong relationships with recruitment professionals at VONQ.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing an international strategic sales development plan that aligns with our company goals.
  • Acquiring a deep understanding of prospects' and customers' needs and educating them about our recruitment marketing solutions.
  • Cross- and upselling existing customers through strategic account management, utilizing our established network.
  • Representing VONQ at various meetups and industry events, showcasing our expertise and building brand awareness.
  • Building strong relationships with international recruitment professionals, leveraging social selling techniques to establish a strong online presence.
  • Traveling to meet your network face-to-face during events, knowledge sessions, and prospect meetings.

About You:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent thinking and working level.
  • A minimum of 5 years of Relationship Management/Sales experience in a tech-oriented environment, preferably in the recruitment industry.
  • Familiarity or experience working in a fast-paced international setting.
  • A natural brand builder approach, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, with excellent communication skills.
  • A customer-centric sales approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a positive self-starting and can-do attitude.

The Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for someone who lives in The Netherlands, with an easy commute to our office in Rotterdam or Groningen. This position offers a hybrid-working policy, allowing you to balance work and personal life effectively.
