About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Digital Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing projects from planning through to completion, presenting project reports and updates to key stakeholders, and working creatively with merchants and colleagues to achieve and maintain market-leading payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from planning stage through to completion following clear and well-maintained project plans;
  • Present project reports and updates to key stakeholders at quarterly business review meetings;
  • Work creatively with merchants and colleagues to achieve and maintain market-leading payment solutions;
  • Act as an escalation point for merchants and colleagues, working with individuals internally and externally to resolve incidents and put in place measures to prevent reoccurrence;
  • Become a subject matter expert on eCommerce payment processing and all Gateway products/services, maintaining and sharing knowledge with the wider team by producing documentation and training sessions where required;
  • Awareness of changing technical trends within the payment processing industry as well as wider technical trends such as security, web/browser technologies, mobile technologies etc;
  • Develop and execute an appropriate implementation plan for on-boarding, testing and launch for Tier 1 and 2 strategic merchants.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a proven background in managing projects and presenting, experience of working within a technical team/role, experience in handling complex customer technical integrations, and experience in managing relationships between internal and external stakeholders.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Knowledge of / experience with Ecommerce platforms, payment gateway implementation, subscription platforms;
  • Knowledge of at least 1 programming/scripting language (JSON / PHP / .NET / Ruby / Java / HTML / CSS / XML / JavaScript);
  • Knowledge of Database technologies;
  • Experience with reading server logs via SPLUNK;
  • Multilingual, multicultural (French, German, Spanish, Italian).
