About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager Transformation Global Quality to join our team at FrieslandCampina. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of our quality management processes, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and excellence in our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of quality management strategies and processes to drive continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to deliver quality improvement projects on time and within budget.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results.
  • Identify and mitigate quality risks, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in a relevant technical field (chemistry, analytical, food technology, process engineering, microbiology, etc.).
  • More than 5 years of experience in quality improvement management in execution positions.
  • More than 5 years of experience in LEAN/6σ and Continuous Improvement applications.
  • Experience in project management activities.
  • Proven track record of delivering performance improvement through the application of standards, capabilities, and digital solutions in manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, with the ability to build trust and bring people together.
