We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead our retail marketing efforts in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing marketing plans, working closely with cross-functional teams, and analyzing marketing KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans for retail stores in the Netherlands.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Visual Merchandising, and other departments to develop strategic marketing activities.
  • Manage and coordinate agencies and service providers to ensure successful promotional activities and events.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs, including foot traffic and brand awareness.
  • Provide detailed campaign reports to measure success and derive actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Relevant professional experience in marketing, preferably in retail marketing with clothing, sportswear, or lifestyle brands or retailers.
  • Strong organizational skills, independent work style, and creative thinking.
  • Understanding of commercial goals and KPIs in retail.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Dutch skills are desirable but not mandatory.
