As a Fleet Security Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our people, assets, and reputation by supporting all aspects of physical site-security.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage site physical security effectively.
  • Assess potential threats and implement risk mitigation measures.
  • Maintain a site risk register and evaluate risks associated with any changes in site use or security systems.
  • Manage the operation of security equipment and infrastructure.
  • Develop, review, and test a comprehensive site security plan.
  • Manage contract security service providers and maintenance services.
  • Promote a strong security culture through incident reporting, investigation, and training sessions.
  • Support the delivery of the security strategy and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed vocational training.
  • Experience working within a security team environment.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and manage a site security plan.
  • Competent in conducting initial physical security incident investigations.
  • Experience liaising with local government agencies and law enforcement.
  • Integrity screening (VOG) is an obligated part of the selection process.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and self-organized team player with good communication skills.
  • Target- and solution-orientated thinking.
  • Driving license and ability to travel (internationally) if required.
  • Fluent in Dutch and good knowledge of English.
