Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a Housekeeping Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
As a Housekeeping Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily activities of the housekeeping department, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will also be responsible for implementing new procedures and policies to improve efficiency and quality of service.
A successful candidate will have prior experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar property. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this position, as well as proficiency in English and Dutch. A degree in Hospitality or Tourism is desirable, but not necessary if you have equivalent on-the-job training.
