We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our European Regulatory Affairs Country Network team in either the UK or the Netherlands. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for ensuring product regulatory compliance of Ecolab affiliates and customers in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage national product compliance in the UK and Netherlands
- Represent Ecolab at UK and NL trade associations
- Develop and maintain local authority relations
- Coordinate inspections and manage local and EU RA related projects
- Perform national biocide and chemicals registrations with the support of Regulatory Affairs experts
- Provide support to customers on local and European RA topics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in natural sciences or technical disciplines (e.g. chemistry, biology, biotechnology) or related fields
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills (able to work 100% in English)
- Knowledge of Dutch language is an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in chemical regulatory affairs, particularly with CLP, REACH, and Biocide regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn business and regulatory processes
- Capacity to read and interpret technical and regulatory documents
- Strong data management skills, including attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders on a virtual basis
- Strong project management skills
