As a dynamic and inspirational Retail Manager for MAC Cosmetics, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of makeup artists. With your leadership, coaching, and business management skills, you will motivate and coach your team to exceed client expectations and achieve sales targets.

This is an exceptional opportunity to be the CEO of your own store. You will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management, and the leadership of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and business management skills gained in a fast-paced environment, preferably within beauty
  • Makeup artistry experience is a plus
  • Passionate about makeup and up to date with the latest makeup trends
  • Ability to provide inspirational leadership to a high-performing creative sales team
  • Previous business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Prepared to work flexibly during store hours, including evenings, weekends, and during special events
  • Languages: Dutch and English
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale and Microsoft Office software
