Senior Project Manager for Enterprise Solutions

Sensormatic Solutions is a leading provider of retail experience management solutions. As our Senior Project Manager for Enterprise Solutions, you will play a key role in deploying complex cross-country projects according to our Service & Delivery standards.

About the Role

You will support and coach junior PMs assigned to projects, formulating, organizing, and monitoring interconnected projects. You will decide on suitable strategies and objectives for enterprise and global accounts in project execution, coordinating cross-country and cross-project activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and evaluate project managers or installation managers collaborating on large projects.
  • Create relationships with all customer project managers in the EMA region.
  • Execute governance processes for resources, budget, and timelines.
  • Apply Change, Risk, and Resource management.
  • Assume projects responsibility for vendors, Subcos, and project resources.
  • Assess project productivities and performance and report back to the program Manager.
  • Execute projects via a strict project methodology.
  • Identify minimal resource needs and ensure continuation of Enterprise projects.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Custome-oriented escalation management.
  • Govern the ROI of projects.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Field Service or Ops.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in leading teams.
  • At least 1 year of experience as S&D user (Service & Delivery).
  • University degree in Electronic Industrial scope.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Office Excel.
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
  • Good organization and communication skills.
  • Good leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train employees.
  • Able to work in a team and stressful conditions.
