The Challenge

At Sendcloud, we are looking for a smart, ambitious, and autonomous specialist to lead the creation and deployment of all sales on-boarding, training, and ongoing development, leading to consistent quota achievement for the team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and deployment of sales enablement strategies, including on-boarding, training, and ongoing development programs.
  • Report into the CRO, working closely with Heads of Sales and Product Marketing on educating the sales team on Sendcloud.
Requirements

We are seeking a strategic growth expert with:

  • Solid experience in sales enablement within a complex software company, ideally including SaaS.
  • Competence in and excitement about using data to make decisions and measure program success.
  • Strong communication skills to drive senior stakeholder alignment.
  • A track record of coaching sales organisations and working with Sales Management to help ramp them to full quota.
  • Experience in a team lead or manager role.
  • Program management experience, preferably in cross-departmental enablement initiatives from the sales-team perspective.
  • Experience owning multi-day on-site training events, such as SKO.
  • Past sales experience, ideally in the role of an Account Executive, working on complex enterprise sales in a software/SaaS business.
  • Enthusiasm for working with young, ambitious sales reps with a desire for more in-depth technical experience.
