About the Role

ASML is seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Manager – Inventory to join our Corporate Real Estate team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the management of materials inventory and materials storage for our CRE organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for inventory management, including spare parts, furniture, and consumables.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Global Logistics and Tool Center, to ensure availability of critical spare parts.
  • Define execution strategies for inventory and storage management, including decisions on services to be insourced and/or outsourced.
  • Work with contractors and suppliers to continuously monitor inventory and stock levels.
  • Act as demand manager towards our space planning team, defining and validating storage space demand and utilization.
  • Manage operational work processes related to receiving and shipping of inventory and equipment.
  • Implement and monitor standard processes for material and equipment inventory and storage.
  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding inventory and stock levels, as well as storage space utilization.
Requirements
  • Completed bachelor or master degree in logistics, engineering, asset management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar complex industrial environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent decision-making skills and ability to deal with uncertainties.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Dutch.
