  • Driving analytical price optimization projects to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Challenging local change agendas for required tooling and systems to support pricing initiatives
  • Developing and maintaining long-term roadmaps for essential capabilities in price optimization, execution, and monitoring

You will work closely with the global and local product, pricing, and analytics teams to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination. Your ability to navigate complex environments and drive results will be essential in this role.

Your Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in a pricing or quantitative marketing role
  • Proven track record of execution and impact in a complex environment
  • Solid understanding of retail banking products
  • Pricing or strategy consulting background is an advantage

Skills Required

  • Analytical mindset with high affinity for data
  • Ability to identify connections between quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Solid functional knowledge in customer segmentation, value proposition, product design, pricing models, price setting, consumer behavior, market research, value communication, project management, and financial modeling
  • Commercial drive with ability to spot opportunities for commercial impact
  • Cross-cultural leadership with ability to collaborate with and lead colleagues from different cultural backgrounds
  • Excellent command of the English language
