Overview

Droppery is a dynamic and innovative company operating in the B2B SaaS industry, specializing in droppshipping solutions to make supply chains more efficient and scalable.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and organized Business Development Associate to join our Sales team in Amsterdam.

This exciting opportunity combines administrative skills with a genuine passion for technology, making it perfect for recent graduates or those seeking a new challenge.

The role involves providing support for the functional aspects of the Sales department, including processing orders, outbound sales, and managing sales projects.

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Process orders and payments from clients and partners, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment;
  • Engage in outbound sales via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to drive business growth;
  • Answer and route inbound calls from existing customers, providing exceptional customer service;
  • Prepare reports to monitor and boost efficiency, streamlining daily operations;
  • Manage sales projects as required, utilizing your organizational skills and attention to detail.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of experience in an administrative or sales capacity;
  • Excellent time management and organization skills;
  • Full working proficiency in English (and Dutch) language skills;
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to multitask effectively;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.
