About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Commerce Trainee to join our dynamic team at MediaMarkt Benelux. As a key member of our Commerce team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to brief and coordinate online campaigns with stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging campaigns and content.
  • Manage daily deal requests and optimize campaign performance.
  • Streamline processes and support the day-to-day operations of campaigns.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative ideas.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, with French as an asset.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Capacity to handle multiple information streams simultaneously.
  • WHBO/WO working and thinking level.
  • Studying in the field of Communications, Marketing, or Commerce.

Selection Process

The selection process is transparent and straightforward:

  • A first round of interviews with a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.
  • A second round of interviews with the Director of Commerce and the HR Director.
  • Both interviews will take approximately 45-60 minutes.
