Senior Real Estate Sales Professional

Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? We're seeking an outstanding individual to join our team as a New Business Sales professional for our Real Estate software solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationships with our global implementation partners and strategic partners, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve our goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and executing a business plan to target new opportunities in existing and new markets
- Realizing personal sales targets and proactively representing Planon within the Real Estate and Facility Management market
- Responding to RFQs and RFPs, giving presentations and demos at client locations, and attending international events
- Ensuring a reliable pipeline and forecast in Salesforce
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record in new business sales. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as experience in selling software and SaaS solutions. Fluency in English and Dutch is required, with any additional language a plus. If you're a self-motivated team player with a passion for sales and a desire to work with world-leading clients, we'd love to hear from you.
