Cloud Presales Specialist for Dutch Market

Job Description:

We are seeking a Cloud Presales Specialist to join our team at Arrow ECS B.V. (fka Logix Nederland B.V.). In this role, you will be responsible for consulting, developing, and implementing technical sales enablement plans with partners and internal/external customers to support revenue and margin goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Pre-Sales Technical Support, complex sales tool configurations, and systems design to implement systems software solutions and/or products.
  • Conduct partner and sales technical team training, assist Arrow customers and partners with technical certifications, or with product/technology demonstrations.
  • Obtain training and maintain knowledge of industry standards, new technologies, and current issues.
  • This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position of technical function in the IT industry
  • A full driving license and readiness to travel
  • Dutch – native/fluent
  • Fluency in English
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships
  • Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach
  • Effective communication with people at all levels
  • Natural propensity to adopt a structured approach i.e. managing time in the office and on the road, determining who key decision makers are and the dynamics of the sales of complex projects.
  • Ability to learn product benefits and solution sales concepts including working with alliance vendors.
  • Problem solving and capacity to follow through on a task to conclusion.

  • Attractive employee compensation package - salary consists of base and variable compensation, estimated at €60,000 - €80,000 per year based on experience and performance.
