As a leading liner shipping company, we are looking for a skilled professional to join our Customer Service department. With a fleet of 287 modern container ships and a total transport capacity of 11.9 million TEU, we offer a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and global environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customs activities, including export/import manifests, in-bond handling, and customs declarations. They will also monitor customs rejections and acceptances, handle House Bill mismatches, and follow standard processes and new requirements as communicated by management.

We are looking for a team player who is extremely customer-oriented, communicatively strong, and focused on cooperation. The ideal candidate will have at least MBO thinking and working level, at least 2 years' experience in a similar position, and an excellent command of the Dutch language and good command of the English language both verbally and in writing.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with common IT systems and applications, and participate in trainings related to the position.
