Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Quality Management System Lead to join our team at McCain Foods. As a key member of our Quality and Food Safety department, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our digital quality management system, ensuring seamless integration with our existing IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain our digital quality management system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement analytical solutions to drive decision-making and improve operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to digitalize quality metrics and develop leading indicators.
  • Optimize our SAP-Quality Module to improve data quality and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimally holder of a bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology field, with a solid foundation in mathematics and statistics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated expertise in database management and digital tool implementation.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data in a comprehensible and actionable way.
  • Experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading digital transformation projects.
