Senior Naval Engineer with Advanced Outfitting Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer Plans & Arrangements to join our outfitting team in Vlissingen. As a Senior Engineer Plans & Arrangements, you will be at the forefront of outfitting engineering, focusing on accommodation and technical spaces excluding engine rooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute engineering activities using 2D and 3D environments, such as Cadmatic or 3DExperience (Catia).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
  • Develop necessary information, including arrangements, lists, and fabrication/mounting drawings.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the department.
  • Develop and describe yard standards to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Secondary vocational education (MBO-4+) related to outfitting discipline.
  • At least four years of experience in engineering outfitting systems.
  • Proficiency in 2D CAD and 3D CAD systems, such as Cadmatic or 3DExperience (Catia).
  • Knowledge of Class and Statutory regulations and outfitting systems, preferably within the maritime or offshore industries.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent references and antecedents, as a pre-employment security screening is standard part of the recruitment procedure.
  • Permanent EU citizenship and passport are both required.
