Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Trader to join our expanding sales trading team based in Amsterdam. As a Sales Trader, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying trade opportunities, and executing trades.

Main Responsibilities
  • Proactively build your client portfolio through direct prospecting and networking
  • Communicate with clients through phone, online, and face-to-face meetings to understand their business needs
  • Identify trade opportunities and support in executing them
  • Provide daily pricing and insights to market actors through messaging systems
  • Monitor markets and stay updated on financial news and developments
  • Stay informed about the products being traded and current on new products and procedures
  • Be responsible for achieving your own revenue (PnL) target
  • Promote OTC Flow's services to increase the company's market share
Requirements
  • At least a bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field
  • Experience in a sales/business development role (at least internships)
  • Native-level proficiency in Swedish or Danish; excellent English is also required
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, a commercial attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Dedicated to achieving high targets early in your professional career
  • Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment, proactive, resilient, and ambitious
