Network Solutions Engineer

Are you a seasoned Network Engineer who thrives on network configurations, architecture, and related services? At Pink Elephant, you will leverage your independent problem-solving skills in connectivity to ensure robust IT infrastructures for our clients.
The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with your team to provide consultancy services to clients, focusing on Network Security.
- Design, construct, implement, troubleshoot, and assess complex multi-tenant environments in alignment with ITIL standards.
- Offer recommendations and improvement strategies to clients regarding connectivity, including drafting change requests when necessary.
- Resolve infrastructure issues, both remotely and on-site, particularly involving Cisco ASAs and switches.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge and standards surrounding IT network infrastructures.
The Candidate
We value a positive work environment, and you should also possess:
- A minimum of HBO working and thinking level.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Network Engineer.
- CCNA and CCNP certifications, or be actively pursuing them.
- Expertise in routing (OSPF and BGP), switching, firewalling (Cisco ASA & Palo Alto), and Wi-Fi (Cisco & Extreme Networks).
- Familiarity with Cisco, Aruba Networks, and Extreme Networks.
- Experience in data center migrations.
- Ability to draft opinions, migrations, and project proposals.
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
