Job Overview

At Next-Link, we are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Identity Management Expert to drive project success and lead international client projects. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to utilize your expertise in designing and implementing identity management solutions using One Identity Manager.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership on international client projects, ensuring seamless project execution and post-production deployment support.
  • Solution Architecture: Design and architect identity management solutions leveraging One Identity Manager, incorporating custom interfaces and connectors as needed.
  • System Integration: Integrate One Identity Manager with various enterprise systems, including Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange/Office 365, relational databases, mainframes, LDAP, Lotus Notes, SAP/PeopleSoft, and other IDaaS applications.
  • Custom Connector Development: Develop and maintain custom connectors and integrations for provisioning, synchronization, and reconciliation (Full or Delta).
  • WebUI Customization: Customize and enhance WebUI components within One Identity Manager to meet business requirements.
  • Database Management: Utilize MS SQL databases to create, manage, and optimize tables, views, and stored procedures, performing medium-to-high complexity SQL queries.
  • Code Development: Employ VB.Net and Angular JS for integration and development tasks within the Identity Manager environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Possess at least 8-10 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Identity Management tools.
  • Solution Architecture: Have 2+ years of experience as a Solution Architect working specifically with Identity Manager tools.
  • Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate strong understanding and practical experience with One Identity Manager, including tools like Manager, Designer or Web Designer, Object Browser, Data Importer, Job Queue Info, Transporter, schema extension, and Quest Quick Connect.
  • Technical Skills：
    • Integration Expertise: Proven experience integrating enterprise systems with One Identity Manager.
    • Custom Development: Skilled in developing custom connectors and performing WebUI customizations.
    • Database Skills: Proficient in MS SQL databases, including knowledge of tables, views, and stored procedures.
    • Programming: Proficient in VB.Net and Angular JS.
  • Project Experience: Experienced in working with international clients, providing post-production deployment support, and operating in an Agile environment.

What We Offer
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
